The Kingsew KS-GNDJ-1900 Series (available in integrated direct-drive 1900E and fully sealed 1900B configurations) utilizes an electronically controlled direct-drive feed system to deliver accurate stitch placement and clean pattern formation. Its total closed, oil-lubricated bearing box ensures ultra-smooth operation, significantly reducing vibration and operating noise even at high speeds.

The machine features a clean dry-head design with integrated LED lighting to prevent oil spots on finished workpieces. Equipped with automated thread trimming, electronic thread clipping, and an automatic presser foot lifter, it maximizes output efficiency. Operators can select from a wide range of pre-loaded bartack patterns across multiple sewing area options directly via the digital control panel.
