High-speed direct-drive lockstitch buttonholing machine designed for precision straight buttonholes on light- to medium-weight woven and apparel fabrics. The Kingsew KS-GNDJ-781D features an integrated direct-drive servo motor paired with a drop-feed clamping mechanism to produce sharp, uniform straight buttonhole seams without fabric slippage. Its direct-drive system eliminates traditional belt vibration and noise while dramatically improving start-up torque and stopping accuracy.

Engineered with a reliable dry-head/clean lubrication approach, the machine prevents oil staining on delicate garments during high-speed operation. Equipped with automatic thread trimming, an automatic presser clamp lifter, and an easy-access control panel, it offers consistent cycle sewing for dress shirts, blouses, uniforms, and tailored garments.
