JACK JK-5845 Double Needle Lockstitch Sewing Machine

High-speed industrial double-needle lockstitch sewing machine designed for producing parallel seams, decorative stitching and reinforced seams on a wide range of garments and textile products. The JACK JK-5845 Series features two needles and two hooks, allowing efficient simultaneous sewing of two parallel rows of stitches.

The machine is available in different configurations, including standard and computerized versions with automatic functions. Selected models feature a split needle bar with disengageable needles, allowing the operator to temporarily use one needle when sewing corners or shaped sections. Advanced computerized versions can also include automatic thread trimming, backtacking, presser-foot lifting and auto-corner sewing.

The JACK 5845 Series provides a large working space, stable single-shaft drive system and high-speed performance, making it suitable for garment factories producing trousers, jeans, uniforms and other apparel requiring double-row stitching.
