The Kingsew KS-GNDJ-571 / 574 / 591 Series features an integrated direct-drive motor system with roller feeding, providing smooth material transport along narrow curves and edges without marking or shifting leather and heavy fabrics. The series is available in three post configurations to suit varied production requirements: left post single-needle (571), two-needle post (574), and right post single-needle (591).

Engineered for modern production lines, the machine operates entirely via electronic control with no compressed air required. It features an integrated 750W direct-drive servo motor and built-in control box, optimized kinematic components for premium seam appearance, an easily adjustable thread trimmer capable of cutting synthetic threads up to size 15/3 Nm to short thread ends, an integrated safety overload clutch to protect the hook, and a built-in LED light that illuminates the sewing area.
