High-performance industrial six-needle semi-cylinder-bed double chainstitch sewing machine with needle-feed technology, specially designed for waistband attaching and decorative stitching on medium-heavy to heavy materials. The Kansai Special WFB5506P is particularly suitable for jeans, workwear, twill garments, sportswear and trunks.

The machine combines needle feed and lower feed mechanisms to provide powerful, accurate and synchronized material movement. Both feeding amounts are linked and can be adjusted simultaneously, helping reduce twisting, puckering and material slippage when sewing thick or multiple fabric layers.

The WFB5506P features a special close needle-gauge arrangement of 1/8″ × 2 (3.2 mm × 2) on both sides, allowing detailed multi-row stitching and specialized waistband sewing. An optional rear puller can further improve feeding stability, while the divided metal puller helps reduce material overrun and maintain uniform stitch formation.
