Fully automatic 3-ply surgical face mask making machine designed for high-speed production of disposable non-woven face masks. The machine automatically performs multiple production processes including material feeding, multi-layer fabric forming, pleating, nose-wire insertion, ultrasonic welding, mask cutting and finished-mask output.

The Surgical Mask Making Machine uses ultrasonic technology and PLC-controlled automation to produce consistent and uniform masks with reduced manual handling. Depending on the machine configuration, ear-loop welding can be integrated into the production line or performed using a separate automatic ear-loop attachment machine. Typical industrial systems are designed for producing standard adult-size masks of approximately 175 × 95mm.
