The machine combines a fiber opening and blowing system with pneumatic conveying to loosen, transport and distribute fiber efficiently into the finished product.

The system is equipped with a separate fiber-processing and blowing unit connected to the filling station by a flexible air hose. This arrangement helps improve fiber separation and provides a more consistent filling density compared with manual stuffing. The filling outlet is designed for controlled operation, while the industrial frame and motor-driven blower make the machine suitable for continuous production environments.
