Puneet Rakheja is the second-generation leader of Senior Sewing Tech Pvt. Ltd., carrying forward the legacy established by his father, Mr. Satinder Rakheja, who founded the company in 1980. Following his father’s passing, Puneet assumed leadership of the business with a vision of combining its decades of technical expertise with modern technology and innovation.
Before joining the family business, Puneet built a career in filmmaking, advertising, and creative strategy, gaining valuable international experience in Los Angeles and Hong Kong. His background in storytelling, branding, and digital communication has shaped a customer-focused and forward-looking approach to business.
Today, he leads the company’s strategic growth and digital transformation through SewTechMart, a platform designed to modernize India’s industrial sewing ecosystem by connecting manufacturers with machines, spare parts, technical services, and skilled professionals.
Puneet’s vision is to build Senior Sewing Tech into a technology-driven industrial solutions company while staying true to the values of integrity, technical excellence, and long-term customer relationships that have defined the business for over four decades.
Sparsh Kerkra
Director
Sparsh Kerkra is an entrepreneur and Director at Senior Sewing Tech Pvt. Ltd., where he oversees operations, technical coordination, vendor management, and the development of scalable systems supporting the company’s expanding industrial network.
A graduate in Civil Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Sparsh brings a structured engineering mindset to operational challenges, process optimization, and system design. His practical approach helps strengthen the company’s technical capabilities while supporting the development of SewTechMart, a technology platform built to modernize access to industrial sewing machines, spare parts, technical services, and skilled workforce solutions.
